Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome Pizza Chef and Specialist consultant for GMI - Marco Greco to our School of Pizza, where he delivered a specialist pizza masterclass.. 

The session provided a practical insight into the science and performance of our Grandi Molini Italiani flour, demonstrating how premium ingredients contribute to producing high-quality pizza. Attendees had the opportunity to make dough from scratch, develop their pizza-making techniques and experience first-hand how our flour performs in a professional setting.

Our School of Pizza is designed to help customers build product knowledge, develop technical skills and gain confidence in using our specialist flour range.
