Store in a dark, cool, dry place. After opening, ensure bag is closed after use.
We use a mix of brown and medium brown and that works best for us. We make dough with slightly more water compared to gluten alternative and that make roti's softer.
Makes good chapatis. Best gluten free chapati flour we've come across.
Very good taste very healthy
The flour is very easy to roll and chapati is nice and soft when fresh. I have served to the rest of the family and they enjoyed it too. I also used it for making samosas and they came out lovely.
