Eurostar Coarse Rice Flour
Made from premium ground rice, this versatile flour can be used for producing many dishes such as dough for noodles, crackers, crepes, dumplings, cakes, puddings and biscuits. Ideal for fried food coatings, batter mixes and poppadoms too. It can also be used to thicken sauces in both sweet and savoury dishes.
Rice flour is naturally gluten free so is ideal as a wheat flour substitute.
Medium coarse consistency.
