Happy that it is easy to make chapatis

I was bit scared at first as someone said it is hard to make chapati with gluten free flour. They used different flour from GP and shown me the way to cook. It was like pan cake. But when I received this flour and tried to knead and make chapatis, it shocked me becus I was noy expecting it to make chapatis this easily. You just have to add add water slowly to see how much you need and then it starts to make ball and you can make chapati shape with you hand. It is still difficult to roll with rolling pin as it sticks too.much but much better than other one. You have to keep water with you all the time as whenever it gets sticky, you just wet your hands. Your chapatis won't be exclyy like normal chapatis but they are much better than other flour. My son loves and I am happy that I can make it easily. Thank you

Gluten free atta review

This is my favourite GF chappati atta I measure out 75g or a couple of scoops into a bowl and pour over boiling water from the kettle and mix with a spoon until I have a good consistency, then divide the atta into 2 or 3 balls (Perray). Then cook on a thavaa, pressing down until they puff up. Left over atta cannot be kept in the fridge for the next day, so its best to measure out how much you need. The softest, most flexible, plyable rotian are made when the water is boiling hot. A bit like makki atta. By far the best, and also never had any gluten related symptoms from eating it.
