Just before rolling, soften flour further with a bit of additional water. Using milk instead of water makes the chapatis very soft and rolling is very easy

Excellent Chapati Flour

This is a really tremendous product. I am not he cook in our family, but my wife uses this to make gluten-free chapatis that are really difficult to distinguish from those made with regular gluten flour. Delicious.
