GRANDI MOLINI ITALIANI REPORT 38% RISE IN SALES OF THEIR PREMIUM PIZZA FLOUR
Sales of premium pizza flour are booming. Grandi Molini Italiani report a 38% growth in sales of its core ‘00’ pizza flours in the Italian market (November 2018-2019). The figures mirror Eurostar Commodities own UK sales data that records an increase in sales of more than a third (33%).
