PIZZA ITALIANA

Our quality Italian ‘00’ Pizza Italiana flour makes a light and fragrant, easily digestible pizza. Especially suitable for deep dish pizza, as well as thin crust, the dough can be stored chilled at 4°C for up to 2 days.

PIZZA VERACE

A top quality Italian ‘00’ wheat flour ideal for all types of pizza. This soft wheat makes an easily digestible pizza, crispy with a substantial golden crust. Ideal for Neapolitan thin crust pizzas, the dough can be stored chilled at 4°C for up to 3 days.

PIZZA DORATA

Pizza Dorata is produced with Manitoba grain and a mix of Canadian and North American grains of great strength and tightness. Ideal for Neapolitan thin crust pizzas, the dough can be stored chilled at 4°C for up to 3 days to 6 days.


- strengthening weak flours. Use 1.85 kg of Pizza Dorata per liters of water. The resulting dough will be softer but will firm up during fermentation.
