Organic durum wheat semolina of extrafine granulation - ideal for the production of artisan and industrial fresh/filled pasta, and for Southern Italy’s typical durum wheat bread. This product is obtained from re-milling semolina that has already been produced, and then is refined through the rolling-mills equipped with smooth cylinders.
